Estimated Delivery Time:

Personalized Jewelry - typically requires 2–3 weeks for production and dispatch. After shipping, delivery usually takes 4–5 business days.

Non-Custom Jewelry - usually arrives within 1 to 2 weeks.

Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email notification with tracking information. Please also check your junk folder if you don't see it in your email inbox. Please note that delivery times may be affected by holidays, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Incorrect Shipping Address
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified. Orders lost due to an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer and are not eligible for a refund.
