RETURN POLICY:

Non-custom jewelry may be returned by mail within 30 days in its original condition for a refund or store credit. Customized pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return. Once we receive a returned package it can take up to 3 to 5 business days for funds to be credited to your account.

To arrange a return, please email our customer service team at: contact@belleina.com. Items returned without return authorization will be returned to sender.
